Nippon Genetics BlueStar Plus Prestained Protein Marker; 10 - 240kDa; 500uL

The BlueStar PLUS Prestained Protein Marker is a three color protein standard with twelve prestained proteins covering a wide range molecular weights from 10 to 240kDa. The Prestained Protein Ladder is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, verification of western transfer efficiency on membranes (PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose) and for approximate sizing of proteins.

• Broad range: 10 to 240kDa
• Twelve sharp bands with three colours (blue, red and green)
• Two reference bands: 25kDa (green) and 75kDa (red)
• Ready to use: supplied in a loading buffer for direct loading
• 500µL: for 100 mini or 50 large gels
• Contents: approximately 0.1 ~ 0.4mg/mL of each protein in the buffer (20mM Tris-phosphate, 2% SDS, 0.2mM dithiothreitol, 3.6M urea, and 15% (v/v) glycerol)
